I'm somewhat happy today. Atleast our cadets & cadettes improved (I think?). I hope next saturday will equal to a better Saturday training.

Yes there is competition, but always remember that doing your best is better than being the best. I know you'll improve guys- I believe and I swear I'll try to be a good leader to all ov you. Let's just do our part and let's give effort.
