Helping Hand

Helping HandSo yeah, I remembered when we had our Youth Congress meeting in Baguio we watched a video, that video had two people dancing ballet the only difference was-- they were both handicapped. That video had me thinking again. Well, it's because people nowadays can't spend even 10 minutes of their time helping people in their own simple way/ways. It's as if everybody.. ohh, let's rephrase it, most of the persons nowadays just care about their own lives. I remembered when my parents would teach me how to lend a helping hand, their influence made me sensitive to my surroundings. How about giving a seat to someone pregnant or someone old, helping persons who have disabilities. Gahh I remember when we went to Makati, before we arrived at the place there was an old man who couldn't find a seat and seems everybody was busy doing their own thing I went off my chair and gave it to him. After doing that, I felt mixed emotions inside me but on top of that I was proud and happy of what I did =) atleast I know I did something good. So yeah, I hope people nowadays would become sensitive to what is happening around-- whatta post, maybe this is the effect of our Peace Day Celebration this morning :D But yeah, I feel good all over. Anyway, back to the topic.. each and everyone can be a blessing to other people so, why not try giving a helping hand each day in your own simple ways. It wouldn't hurt to try, right? :D

Youth Congress 09

Youth Congress 09
2 Days before the Youth Congress, who wouldn't get excited about the event? Well for those who aren't familiar with the event well it would be held in Baguio this coming Thursday but we'll be leaving on Wednesday. Chosen students would be sent to Baguio to represent their school, delegates kumbaga? Not only that, there would also be seminars, team building activities and contests that would test cooperation,discipline and much more.. at the same time, it would all be FUN! This is my 1st time to join this kind event since this is my 1st year in HS and when I learned about it I inquired and I am really eager to join. I know this is a blessing in disguise. Tomorrow we would be practice from 9am onwards, since I'm one of the dancers I am exempted from our classes as well as other activities tom. to make way for our practice that we would be using as a dance piece on the competition by Thursday. Wish me goodluck guys!

Reminiscing the Memories
Lately I've been reminiscing the past memories.. Is it bad? Hmm?
Actually, I'm still in the period of adjustment. I can't seem to accept the fact that yeah, I'm already a high school student and yes, this is a new journey but, I keep on remembering my old classmates. A few days ago my attention wasn't on our teacher that much, my mind was somewhere else, maybe thinking eh? thinking about our bondings before, thinking about them. Hell I miss them! Ohh~ I remember our graduation =) it was sad but then, some of my batchmates and classmates are still here so I shouldn't be sad right?
Guess what? I became one of the emcee's *graduation* I don't know but if ever there would be a time machine that is invented nowadays, i'm willing to trade anything just for it :))
Hmm.. HS ain't that bad, and maybe someday.. yeah! someday.. I'll stop and be back on track, back to reality. For now, I know that all of us can still communicate and see each other.
It's just a matter of time, and I hope I can adjust ASAP! :D I'll be seing you soon Mapagbigay! :*

Ang Bayan ni Juan
May nahalata ka ba? Kung wala e
@&#^!#*$*!&*$ ipapaalala ko saiyo ang dapat mong mahalata, na unang beses kong magsulat ng Filipino sa blog post. Nabigyan kasi ako ng idea ng kaclub-mate ko na si Jerson na magsulat ng isang artikulo o di kaya sanaysay na magpapahayag ng saloobin ko bilang isang Pilipino. Miminsan lang to kaya't hinihingkaya't kita na ituloy ang pagbabasa mo.
Minsan naiisip ko kung bakit may mga Pilipino na nagpupumilit na magsalita ng wikang banyaga kahit pa barok barok ito, ika nga nila pag wikang banyaga raw 'sossy' pero kung iisipin mo.. nakakairita dahil unang una hindi naman talaga marunong pangalawa pinipilit sa sarili 'trying hard' kumbaga? at pangatlo, nakatatak na sa bawat salitang lalabas at mamumutawi sa labi ng bawat isa basta't eto ay sinasabi gamit ng wikang banyaga ee nasa 'in crowd' ka na, hindi naman masamang magsalita ng wikang banyaga pero sana kung hindi naman talaga kaya e wag na sanang pilitin ~_~ kasi nagmumukha lang lalong tanga ang taong gumagawa ng ganun. Napansin ko rin marami ang nagrereklamo na mabaho ang paligid o di kaya'y puro kalat at sobrang rumi ng mga kalsada, bakit sino ba ang may gawa nito? ops, ops.. wag kang magsinungaling subukan mong sabihing hindi baka bagsakan ka ng malaking bato diyan sa ulo mo haha! Totoo na ang bawat isa sa atin ay nagbigay na ng kontribusyon para dumumi ang paligid, tapos kung sino pa yung todo tapon.. todo dura .. todo ihi atbp. sa kung saan saan eh, aba! Yun pa ang todo reklamo tsk tsk. Pagdating naman sa gobyerno, mapagkakatiwalaan pa ba natin sila? Hinihiling ko lang sana na sa susunod na eleksyon e ang nararapat *kung meron pa nga bang nararapat O_O* ang iboto ng bawat isa, hindi dahil sa sinulsulan lang o kung ano kundi dahil sa makikita mo ang dedikasyon ng tao na yun.. ang dedikasyon upang maiahon ang bansa at matulungan ang kanyang kababayan, mas maganda sana kung ganyan ang mga mahahalal diba? (Sana nga meron pa, at sana magkakaroon!) Ano na nga ba ang nangyayari sa Bayan ni Juan? Patuloy bang lumalala, patuloy bang nababaon.. may pag-asa pa nga ba? Kung tutuusin, kayang kaya eh! Ang problema nga lang.. ang bawat isa ay humahanap ng magliligtas ng bayan, hindi sinisimulan sa bawat sarili bagkus nagaantay lang ng parating na biyaya.
Unang, una dapat magsimula ang pagbabago sa bawat isa.. ika nga ng TV Ad's "Ako Mismo" at hindi lang dapat sinasabi dapat isinasagawa, mamaya niyan puro "Ako Mismo ang magtatapon ng basura sa tamang lalagyanan" aba makikita mo maya maya yung pinagtatapunan ee bag ng kakalase, o di kaya'y "Ako Mismo ang magsisilbing maganda halimbawa para sa kabataan" aba makikita mo maya maya mura ng mura. Kung paiiralin lang ang disiplina sa bawat sarili.. hindi lang ng mga ordinaryong mamamayan kundi pati na rin ang mas nakatataas pa sa atin sa pamayanan (Presidente, Bise Presidente atbp.). Pag ganun ang nangyari nasisiguro kong maraming magagandang dadating sa bansa at makakabangon din ang Pinas. Pero! pero! Lahat lang eto ay mangyayari kung ang bawat isa ay magtutulungan para sa bayan! Kaya ikaw? Ano pang hinihintay mo?

1st Day of School

1st Day of School
After 23435864189609028925 years! I am finally posting something here :D and proud to say, I'd be updating this regularly just like before starting today since my schedule is already okay :D
This blog post is all about my 1st day of school *duh? Isn't it obvious already? :))* well, it started with waking up early again ~_~ I've been feeling mixed emotions the night before since I don't know what to expect.. High School life is different from Elementary and Pre-school memoirs right? After fixing myself and doing all the hoola-boola's that needs to be done I finally stepped out, without a collar LOL! *Elementary uniform was with collar* and now pfft, my HS uniform has none.. it feels different since it looked diffirent and besides, I look different with it. After a couple of minutes I arrived at the school grounds together with my sister and mom, me and my sis finally checked on the class list to see what section would we belong soo there I saw my name.. and my section? Masinop *considered as the 1st section yipee ^____^* and thank God, my adviser is my English teacher before, atleast we know him already. After all the hoola boola's again, we finally went up to our room and I saw many new faces, like ugh I'm so friendly so I began chatting with some of them, sabi ko naman saiyo e.. madaldal ako =)) and eventually, my old batchmates and I started telling them stories about the school, the activities that could or would take place this year and other things that doens't concern you anyway LOL! Ofcourse in every subject it all started with "Introduce yourself" since we also have many new teachers. The sessions with them ended well and I usually took down notes on the requirments and other things. Nakakainis lang kasi parang walang katapusang Manila Paper ang pinapadala ugh?! @.@
The day ended fine, as the sun shone on the promenade I know this is a whole new journey not only for me but for all of us, many memories would take place this year.
HS life, this is just the beginning GOMEN!
COTM & Exceptional Audista

Club of the month as well as Exceptional Audista
I was browsing yesterday while reading some of the posts of our clubs members when suddenly --HIKARI-- or ate She as she is fondly called pmed me and said, "I saw something" ofcourse I was curious so I asked her "why?" then she said that she found out about our club being one of the nominees for Club of the Month (May). I was shocked and happy about the news, 15th of May was indeed a memorable date for all of us. I slept with a smile on my face.
Today, our ALCT overall-head Cherl gave a group message on yahoo messenger saying that I was nominated as an Exceptional Audista, I was shocked so I asked him "where is it?, give me the link" I browsed and I annoucned it once again to our club, they were happy for the things that we have achieve.
Renaissance has played a big part on my life..
&& now, I give back to them everything, my thanks and all.
We will continue to move forward, this is just the beggining of everything.
