life quotes Pictures, Images and Photos

Ever thought of death? Hell yeah, when we talk `bout random stuffs "death" is always the first subject matter for all of us. I wanna die happy-- who doesn't want anyway? but ofcourse, before death there's always LIFE.

How CAN we live life to the fullest anyway?
I personally believe that each should live simply and Oh! Learn to enjoy every moment in your life 'cuz opportunities only pass by once so that when you die there are NO REGRETS. ;) Before I forget, I just wanna share you the most valuable persons and stuffs in my life ;)

1.)God
2.)Family and Friends
3.)Time
4.)Affection
5.)Memories

So how do you wanna die?
Happy or....

Full of regrets?

P.S I'll choose the first one!

For One More Day by Mitch Albom

POSTED ON: Saturday, February 27, 2010 @ 5:49 PM | 0 comments

"What if you were still given a chance to be someone who died years ago for just One Day." Well-- this was the concept of Mitch Albom's spectacular novel entitled "For One More Day" well here's the plot P.S I got this from Wikipedia super credit! ;)

Mitch Albom Pictures, Images and Photos

The book's theme is mortality it analyzes how people might react to the chance to have a dead relative back for a day.

The book tells the story of Charley “Chick” Benetto, a former baseball player who encounters myriad problems with his career, finances, family and alcohol abuse. This leads him to become suicidal, and he leaps from a water tower in an attempt to end his life. After falling to the ground Benetto looks up – his suicide attempt an apparent failure – to see his mother, who had died eight years prior.

Benetto returns to his old family home, and spends one more day with his mother, wherein a number of previously unknown factors related to his difficult childhood and troubled relationship with his father are revealed to him. His mother assists him in resolving his issues and getting his life back on track. The day ends when Benetto regains consciousness at the foot of the water tower, in the arms of a police officer.

The book's epilogue describes how Benetto was inspired by his experience to quit drinking and reconcile with family, including his daughter, Maria, before his death five years later. At the end, Maria is revealed to have been the narrator of the story.

Finally got the chance to post! Hello to everybody tad too bad that this is the only time to post but the good thing is I'm back ;) yipee! So yeah, last night I finally got the chance to read "One More Day". Actually, the history of "ME" reading "THAT BOOK" is quite confusing 'cuz I got interested with Mitch Albom's novels 'cuz of "Tuesdays with Morrie". When I first saw "One More Day" it was normal for me to flip through some of the pages + I tried reading the first part but to no avail it wasn't really interesting on my part. And the climax? I was going through some books last night and I saw that book what was hilarious was I actually got to flip to this certain page and I ACCIDENTALLY read some of the lines and I was like "OMGee-- This is aw`some!" I started reading last night and I also finished it last time LOL :"> =)))) It was a great book 'cuz seriously after reading it I really found out that all of us should value the people surrounding us and we are only given one chance to live in this world so by any means~ we should really enjoy & live it out to the FULLEST. YESS-- FULLEST! ;) Well-- that's about everything. To all of you out there I'm really recommending this book haha! =)

Passion ♥

POSTED ON: Friday, January 29, 2010 @ 8:48 AM | 0 comments

Love for Dancing-- some consider this as his/her talent, others really don't have it and the other half? Well, they really wanna learn but ofcourse it will take time. To those who share the same passion with me, I'm pretty sure you can relate to this post. Not everyone I know dances well, before you become a great dancer ofcourse you must have the passion, your willing to learn and to dedicate your time so that you may become better. What I love about dancing is that it trims my body weight and I showcase it to other people since I'm gifted with this kind of skill. Imborn much or heridetary? Well, most of my aunt's and uncles are great dancers-- some even appeared regularly on televisions because agencies got them BUT~ that was almost 20 years ago LOL but still it's in the bloodline eh? I first learned when I was still 5 years old so yeah I've been dancing for almost 9 years already. Imagine? Training was harder, I was trained by my 'kinakaptid' when I was in grade 4 and luckily, I got into a group we performed during festivities and ye, it was hard for me at first since that was the first time that I would be dancing to hip-hop songs plus the versatile choreography AHH! @.@ Difficult as it is, but since I'm want to develop my skills more I really strived hard. And the result? To those who know me, i'm pretty sure you know what I'm doing right now. So to those who really wanna learn how to dance just continue! It maybe hard at first but sooner or later I know that you can get a hang of it. Goodluck! (:

P.S Oh yeah, never forget to thank Father above for giving you a talent as unique as that *winks*
